Lineup in shambles. Prowadzący wybiera jedną osobę-Simona. Participants perform a given exercise on the command "Simon says", if Simon gives the command without "Simon says", the group does nothing. Whoever makes a mistake is eliminated.

Choose someone to be Simon.
The leader gives instructions starting with "Simon says", e.g. "Simon says: do a squat".
Participants follow Simon's instructions.
If Simon gives a command without "Simon says" the participants do nothing. If they still follow the instructions, they are given a more difficult task or dropped out.
As a warm-up, this game can be fun if the leader is skilled at changing commands efficiently.
