Preparation

1

Designate a playing field 3 – 4 meters wide and 20 – 30 meters long.

2

Divide the playing field with a line in half. Mark the very center on this line.

3

The game involves two teams of 3-5 people.

4

The players of one team line up in a row on either half of the pitch, between the center line and the end line.

5

The players of the second team take their place on the center line.

6

Each player receives a hockey stick, and the attacking team receives an additional tennis ball.

Game rules

1

The players of the team standing in the middle of the field place the ball in the middle of the center line and try to pass it behind the opponent's end line with one stroke of the stick.

2

Everyone is allowed to make three strokes.

3

The hit ball cannot be in the air higher than the players' hip line.

4

The players of the defending team try - standing in a row - to stop the rolling ball with their sticks and prevent it from flying beyond the end line.

5

For each time the ball crosses the end line, the attacking team scores a point.

6

If, for example, the third player in the row stops the ball in the defending team, he moves to the place of the first one, and the others move one place back, etc.; if he defended the first one in the row, there is no change.

7

Once all players on the attacking team have finished hitting, the teams' roles change - the defending team now goes on offense and the attacking team goes on defense.

8

The team that scores more points wins.
