The task of each team is to pass the ball over the net (rope) into the opponent's field in such a way as to make it difficult for him to pass the ball back.

The game begins with a serve. Any player from the team that drew the service, standing at least 1 m from the net (links), hits the ball with one hand with his fist or forearm into the opponent's half.

The ball should go over the net and fall on the other side within the designated playing area.

Players of the opposing team try to hit the ball with their fist or forearm back to the field of the serving team, etc.

During the game, the ball may be hit from the air or after it bounces off the pitch.

When passing the ball to the opponent's side, the team has the right to three rebounds. Each of these hits can be done from the air or with one bounce.

When the ball falls outside the field of play, is picked up from the second bounce or with a part of the body other than the fist or forearm, the opposing team receives a point and is served.

The game is played until two sets are won, each with a maximum of 15 points.

In each set, as in volleyball, you should have a minimum 2-point advantage, the so-called advantage play.

After the first set, the teams change sides of the court and the ball is played by the team that received the ball at the beginning of the game.

The team that wins 2 sets wins.
